Next to it

Not Shopping for Things…Not Shopping at All

But Seeking…Seeking for a Word

Awaiting a Word

From a Man

A Leader…A Visionary

A Prophet…A Deliverer

And, at the same time a Threat

Ears listening

Anxiously…In the Silence

Among so Many

Then…

‘I Have A Dream…’

Breaks the Silence to Fall upon Ears

Ears that aren’t Deaf

Ears that long to Hear

Ears belonging to a People that know there is a Better Way
